Shipping Methods & Costs

Odana ships all orders via CTT (National Postal Service). Shipping costs vary based on the weight, value, and destination of your order.

Final shipping fees are calculated during the second step of the checkout process and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. These values are determined by:

• Destination region

• Order weight and/or value

• Selected shipping method

Please note that shipping rates are indicative and subject to change by CTT without prior notice.

Shipping Process

Once payment is confirmed, Odana will process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, according to your chosen shipping method. Delivery times are calculated in business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Expected delivery times may vary depending on the specific service selected or the timeframe indicated in the shipping method description.

Delivery Delays

In exceptional circumstances—such as wars, pandemics, states of emergency, border closures, transport strikes, fuel shortages, peak promotion periods (e.g., Black Friday), holiday seasons, or extreme weather conditions—orders may experience delays.

In such cases, we will contact you to find the best solution, which may include a full refund for the item or a new shipment at no additional cost.

Receipt of Order

Once the order is delivered and signed for by you or an authorized recipient, the responsibility for the items is transferred to you.
