Odana Warranty Certificate

Odana guarantees the plating of your jewelry for a period of 6 months, exclusively covering manufacturing defects. The validity of this warranty is contingent upon the piece being cared for according to our official recommendations.

How the Warranty Works

If your piece shows a manufacturing defect within the 6-month period, please contact us. Following our evaluation and confirmation of the defect, Odana will cover all shipping and return costs.

In this event, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: A new piece (subject to availability).

  • Exchange: A different item of equal value.

  • Repair: Professional restoration of the product, if possible.

  • Full Refund: Reimbursment of the item's value and shipping costs.

Note: If you choose a higher-valued item, the difference must be paid. If the value is lower, you will receive a store voucher for your next purchase. If a manufacturing issue is identified after the 6-month period, all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Pieces damaged by misuse (scratches, dents, breakage, or loss of stones).

  • Natural wear and tear or accidental damage (impacts, drops).
